Immigrant Visa Applications

The Consular Section of the American Embassy in Ljubljana does not process immigrant visa applications.  Slovene citizens who are the beneficiaries of immigrant visa petitions are scheduled for interviews by the Consular Section of the American Embassy in Zagreb.

American citizens wishing to file immigrant visa petitions (Form I-130) on behalf of immediate family members, should contact the Consular Section in Ljubljana for assistance.
